NOTICE OF HEARING ON VERIFIED PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND TO GRANT FULL AUTHORITY UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, LELA L. JANUSHKOWSKY and ALEXIS 

HARRIS has filed with the Clerk of the above-entitled Court a Verified Petition in the above referenced estate, seeking to be appointed to serve as Administrator of the Estate of NIKOLAI JANUSHKOWSKY and for the issuance of Letters of Administration. Said Petition has been set for a hearing on the 27th day of April, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Probate Department of the Second Judicial District Court, 75 Court Street, Room 125, Reno, Nevada 89501. 

“This hearing will be conducted by conference call only. Any person who wishes to be heard on this matter shall obtain the public dial-in number and Meeting ID by visiting 

https://www.washoecourts.com/Probate, or by calling (775) 328-3100 at least two days in advance of hearing.” 

The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. 

All persons interested in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted. 

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned does hereby affirm that this document does not contain the social security number of any person.
