Simple Power Inc. has purchased its headquarters at 790 Louise St., in Reno in a transaction valued at $1.343 million.
Simple Power Inc. is a designer, seller, and installer of PV solar and energy storage systems.
Financing, which includes the purchase of property along with minor tenant improvements, was facilitated by Nevada State Development Corporation in conjunction with Plumas Bank.
Simple Power provides custom residential, commercial and off-grid solar installations, including battery storage solutions.
