People: Debora Meyer joins Sierra Nevada Corp.

Sierra Nevada Corp., welcomes Debora Meyer as senior vice president of HR to lead the company’s overarching people strategy.

Meyer brings nearly three decades of broad HR experience from leading companies in their respective industries. She will leverage her extensive background to identify talent and organizational strengths to build and scale the company’s HR capabilities, operations and functions to support evolving business priorities as SNC continues to grow.

Meyer joins SNC from Kaiser Permanente, where she served as senior executive HR leader. During her tenure at Kaiser, Meyer led the organization through significant transformation and developed numerous leadership programs for employees at all levels that supported acceleration of diverse talent.

Meyer also held various progressive leadership roles at Northrup Grumman over the course of 16 years.
