NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified
Trustee of the Motter Living Trust dated August
15, 2013, as amended. Janet R. Motter, the
settlor of said Trust, died on August 9, 2023. A
creditor having a claim against the settlor and
against the trust estate must file such claim
with the undersigned at the address given
below within ninety (90) days after the first
publication of this notice.
