NOTICE is hereby given that the

undersigned is counsel for Allen W. Potter,

the duly appointed and qualified Successor

Trustee of the Stanley F. Potter Trust Dated

April 19, 1997. The Grantor/Settlor of the

Trust, Stanley Francis Potter died on August

21, 2023.

A creditor having a claim against the Trust

or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a

claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland

Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within

ninety (90) days after the first publication of

this notice.
