Theresa E. Dean, 90, a Carson City resident for the past 10 years, died Jan. 3, 2000, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born Nov. 8, 1909, in Pueblo, Colo., to John and Mary Kelly Dean.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Pueblo her entire life.
Ms. Dean was a bookkeeper. She enjoyed reading mystery novels, working crossword puzzles and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Dean, Earl Dean and George Dean Sr. and sister, May Dean.
Among her survivors are her nephews, Wayne Dean, of Carson City, George Dean Jr. of Arvada, Colo., and Walter Dean, of Omaha, Neb.; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at Walton's Carson Sierra Crematory.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
