William B.
Ting has been named chief liaison to China by US Global Aerospace of Carson City.
Ting most recently was chief executive officer of Adminisoft, a developer of compliance software for the health care industry.
He also has held management positions at Northrop and General Dynamics, where he was manager of international offset, a billion dollar countertrade program.
Ting has served on the faculty of the University of Michigan.
