A graveside memorial service is noon Wednesday for Johanna Burton, 69, a Carson City resident for six years. Services will be at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Burton was born June 26, 1934 in Hochiest, Germany. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Herting.
Mrs. Burton worked at the Highway 50 AM-PM Mini Market. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a great love for children and animals.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City is in charge of arrangements.
