David Cloutier, broker and owner of Century 21 Tahoe Pines Realty in Stateline, received the John Sanderson Memorial Award from the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors.
The award recognizes an enthusiastic Realtor who is active in politics and the association. Cloutier, who has more than 25 years of experience as a realtor, most recently served as the political affairs chairman for the association.
