Golden Phoenix Minerals Inc. of Sparks hired Allihies Engineering Inc. of Butte, Mont., to provide financial consulting services. Allihies is headed by Corby Anderson, a member of the board of directors of publicly held Golden Phoenix.
Anderson will be paid 1.5 million shares of Golden Phoenix stock, valued at a 50 percent discount to recent average prices, and will be eligible to earn warrants for another 1.5 million shares as well as finder's fees.
