Rhonda Bavaro, Wayne Seidel

Rhonda Bavaro has been appointed administrator of the central services and records division of the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles and Wayne Seidel will succeed Bavaro as administrator of the DMV Motor Carrier Division.

Bavaro has worked for DMV since 1980 and has worked in the agency's records section, its enforcement arm and as its business programs manager.

Seidel, a registered civil engineer, previously was public works director of the City of Sparks.

He earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from North Dakota State University and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of Nevada, Reno.
