Health Inspections

The following health inspections are for the period of March 8-15:

• FISH Family Dining, 138 E. Long St., scored 100 points.

• Papa Murphy's Take and Bake Restaurant, 4314 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Super Burrito Restaurant, 1250 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Hand wash sink next to the 3-C sink is blocked with bottles of cleaning chemicals.

• The Tap Shack Bar/Lounge, 112 Rice St., scored 100 points.

• Madeleine's Cookies Retail Food Producer, 3680 Research Way #5, scored 100 points.

• Andrea's Daily Detour Food Facility, 1263 S. Stewart St., scored 96 points. Found no chlorine sanitizer residual in the 3-C sink or in the sanitizer bucket.

• Carson Donut Bakery, 3170 S. Carson St. # 10, scored 99 points. Keep a sanitizer bucket set up to store the wet wiping cloths in. Mix a 50-100 PPM solution (use a half cap of bleach per one gallon of water). Change the solution every 2-3 hours.

• Courtyard by Marriott Restaurant, 3870 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Charley's Grilled Subs Restaurant, 1304 S. Stewart St., scored 100 points.

• Little Caesars Pizza Take Out, 1217 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. At least one certified food handler must be present during operations. There was no certified food handler present during the morning startup operations.

• Paradise Cove Cafe Restaurant, 1200 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Various food items were found stored for later use in the upright refrigerator without labels showing the name and date. A bag of onions was found stored on the floor. This type of food must be stored six inches above the floor and properly protected from contamination. Cleaning and maintenance tools were not properly stored. Specifically, the mop bucket was found with dirty water and the mop in it from last night.

• Wonder Bread & Hostess Cake Convenience Store, 4630 Highway 50 East #1, scored 100 points.

• Dotty's #10 Bar/Lounge, 2260 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• Kei Sushi Restaurant, 3220 Highway 50 East #4, scored 100 points.

• Carson City Parks Fuji Park Exhibit Hall and Kitchen, 701 Clear Creek Road, scored 100 points.

• Artisan Bakeworks & Cafe Restaurant, 701 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Sunopta Fruit Group Retail Food Producer, 2801 Conestoga Dr., scored 100 points.
