NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned
are the duly appointed and qualified
Co-Successor Trustees of The Charles M.
Jett, Jr. and Deborah A. Jett 2002 Revocable
Trust dated June 4, 2002. Charles M. Jett, Jr.,
a settlor of said Trust, died on April 22, 2017.
Deborah A. Jett, a settlor of the trust, died
on August 2, 2022. A creditor having a claim
against either settlor and against the trust
estate must file such claim with the undersigned
at either address given below within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
