Notice is hereby given that the undersigned,

Katherine Harvey-Lee, Esq., is the

duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the

HARVEY FAMILY TRUST, dated February

4, 2020. The Grantor of that trust, Donna A.

Harvey, died on or about September 5, 2022.

A creditor having a claim against the Trust

Estate must file their claim with the undersigned

ninety (90) days after the first publication of

this notice.

Settlor, Donna A. Harvey, must file their claim
