Rocky ride: Tesla stock down 70% in 2022

Owning Tesla stock this year has been anything but a smooth ride for investors. Shares in the electric vehicle maker are down nearly 70% since the start of the year, on pace to finish in the bottom five biggest decliners among S&P 500 stocks. By comparison, the benchmark index is down about 20%.

Purchases 580 Mallory Way; Nevada Appeal remains in building

The former home of Swift Communications and the Sierra Nevada Media Group was sold recently to Greenlaw Partners for $11.3 million. Greenlaw Partners plans to lease the building to Bruce Aerospace, which currently is located in Dayton. Bruce Aerospace is an elite producer of aircraft interior lighting systems. Bruce Aerospace plans to occupy 580 Mallory Way in 2023 after completing building modifications.
